Our brand new townhouse built over three floors overlooks the 14th fairway of the Nuevo Portil golf course and offers modern and stylish accommodation for up to 6 people. From the patio garden a gate leads onto a large outdoor swimming pool and children's paddling pool, set in well laid out gardens. The pool opening dates are 15th May - 15th September.
The ground floor has a spacious lounge area with ceiling fan, a generous size TV, DVD and stereo and feature open fireplace. The dining area has a large table and six chairs.
The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, hob and oven and all the kitchen tools you should need for a holiday home from home. Leading off the kitchen is a utility area equipped with clothes line and pegs.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom and hall cupboard with iron and ironing board.
The rear patio area has an enclosed fence and gate to ensure young children can play safely and there is an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.
Stairs to the first floor lead to a master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space, a safe, bedside tables and lamps. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, shower, bidet, toilet and wash-hand basin. Sheets and towels are supplied (not beach towels).
A door from the bedroom leads out to a tiled terrace with wooden sun beds and table.
The twin bedded room has fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamp and is adjacent to the second bathroom with shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. Sheets and towels are supplied (not beach towels). Both these bedrooms have ceiling fans.
On the second floor is the spacious attic bedroom with twin beds, hanging space and drawers, bedside table and lamps. This also opens on to a tiled terrace with outdoor furniture. Sheets and towels are supplied (not beach towels).
Please note this is a non smoking house, however, smoking is permitted on the patio.
